If we’re only looking at our current situation or at what everyone else is doing and saying, we will sink fast in fear and despair. “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go I will counsel you with my eye upon you.” Until He opens the next door, we can keep praising and trusting Him right where we are, knowing that He is faithful to lead our way. He reminds us that He is the door opener and that nothing is too difficult for Him. God promises us that as we come to Him, seeking His wisdom and leadership, He will give us all that we need. For it clears the way for our security to be based solely on Him, not on our circumstances or other people-not on ourselves or on our own ways of thinking. Though we may not always see what's ahead, God does. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
